The fee for your first visit will vary depending on whether you have an adjustment or x-rays are taken. We request payment in full for this initial visit. We will be happy to discuss the costs of our services in advance, or please ask one of our staff for a listing of the services that are offered at CFHC.
Chiropractic is now covered by many different insurance companies and we will file the paperwork for you! Please contact our office to inquire about your insurance coverage as insurance benefits are always changing. We will be happy to verify coverage for you and let you know what the coverage is on your particular plan.
We offer a payment plan. Once your treatment plan has been established, we will provide more information about the program upon your request. You will love our stress free care without paperwork and hassles that often accompany insurance plans.
